"Quickcred" ("we", "us", "our") is a Delhi NCR-based Direct Selling Agent (DSA) that connects individuals and businesses with regulated lenders, insurance providers, and credit-card issuers. We operate this website and the lead-collection forms on it.

2. What information we collect
When you submit an application or contact us, we collect:
Identity and contact details
- Full name, date of birth, gender
- Mobile number, email address
- Residential address, PIN code
- PAN number and (where you choose to share it) Aadhaar number
Financial and employment details
- Employment type, company, designation, work experience
- Declared monthly income and existing EMI obligations
- Self-declared CIBIL band
- Loan type, requested amount, tenure, and purpose
Information shared via other channels
- KYC documents you send to us via WhatsApp, email, or in person
- Records of calls, chats, and correspondence with our team
Automatically-collected information
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) for security and analytics
3. How we use your information
We process your information for the following purposes:
- Lender matching: to identify suitable lenders, insurers, or card issuers and forward your application on your behalf
- Credit assessment: to enable the lender (and, with your consent, the credit bureaus) to evaluate your eligibility
- Communication: to contact you about your application status, request missing documents, and answer your queries
- Service improvement: to analyse aggregate trends and improve our website
- Legal and regulatory compliance: to meet our obligations under Indian law, including KYC and anti-money-laundering rules
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.
4. Who we share your information with
We share information only as needed to deliver the service you requested:
- Lending and insurance partners: scheduled commercial banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and IRDAI-registered insurers that you ask us to apply to on your behalf
- Credit information companies: TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF Highmark, where the lender requests a credit report
- Service providers: our website hosting and form-submission providers (currently Hostinger and Web3Forms) which process data on our behalf under standard confidentiality terms
- Regulators and authorities: RBI, IRDAI, courts, law enforcement, or other lawful authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
5. How long we keep your information
We retain application data for as long as is needed to service your application and for a further period required by law - typically up to seven (7) years from the date of last interaction, in line with RBI and Income Tax Act record-keeping norms. After this period, we securely delete or anonymise the information.
6. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on internal systems, and a need-to-know basis for staff access. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 once notified), you may:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Withdraw your consent to further processing (note: this may stop us from servicing your application further)
- Request erasure of your information where no legal retention obligation applies
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of your incapacity or death

8. Cookies and tracking
Our website does not currently use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy and (where required) seek your consent first.
9. Children
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have received such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting how we use your information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly where contact details are available.
